Skipton Beer Festival 2017 is coming up and, again, will be at Ermysted’s Grammar School. The festival is earlier this year than in recent years and nearer to the time of year when we first started. The venue is very handy for the facilities of Skipton town centre, including its many good pubs, and only 12 minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations.
This will be the 11th festival that the Keighley and Craven branch of CAMRA has organised in the town and we are following our tradition of a sheep logo being in sheep town and a pun; cornier the better "support the thirst eleven" and we’re definitely "Tup of the league!" Thanks to Andy West, who has designed our football themed logo. The logo will feature on the souvenir T shirts and glasses, and on festival publicity, of course.
