Established in 1986, the shop has been extended and improved over the years, winning a host of industry-related accolades along the way. Bizzie Lizzie’s, Swadford Street was voted UK Fish & Chip Shop of the Year and became the first Fish and Chip shop in North Yorkshire to gain the prestigious Investors in People, awarded for across-the-board standards of excellence.

Bakery
The Craven Bakery is a growing business situated in the small market town of Skipton.
The Bakery consists of a bakehouse and three town centre shops. The shops attract large amounts of visitors from in and around the local area as well as providing for the vast numbers of tourists that visit Skipton in the seasonal months.
Due to the touristic nature of the town the bakery and shops tend to become extremely busy during in peak periods. The Craven Bakery is highly regarded in the local community for supplying quality freshly prepared products, fresh baked bread and quality confectionary on a daily basis to both wholesale and retail customers travelling as far as The Lake District.
We also provide an outside catering for local events, businesses and private functions. We have a productive and friendly team staffing the Bakehouse and town centre shops who are all highly committed to maintaining the success of The Craven Bakery.
